Summer Job as a Claims Adjuster at Folksam in Linköping

We are now looking for students studying at a university or college who want to work as claims adjusters at our office in Linköping this summer. Here, you will learn the basics of claims adjustment, work alongside engaged colleagues, and build knowledge that will benefit you long after your studies. You will be an important part of the team from day one.

Your Role as a Claims Adjuster at Folksam

As a claims adjuster, you will primarily meet customers over the phone and ensure that they receive the correct handling and compensation for their claims. You will mainly work with personal insurance for illness or injury. You will create a positive customer experience with high availability. Your main tasks include receiving customer reports, asking questions to move the case forward, informing about how the case will be handled, deciding on compensation, and closing the case.

As a student in claims adjustment, you will work with us over the summer. Together with your supervisor at Folksam, you will plan your work and receive a thorough introduction and training to quickly get into the job effectively.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is currently studying at a university/college in areas such as economics, law, or equivalent. Experience in service and/or other experiences alongside your studies is an advantage. If you also speak other languages besides Swedish/English, that can be useful. The job starts in early June, and we expect you to be able to work from June to August.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have an interest in Folksam. This is demonstrated by your active responsibility and desire to learn more to contribute effectively when our regular staff is on vacation. You work in a structured manner but can also adapt when circumstances change. Furthermore, you collaborate well with others, and since we are a large company, it is beneficial if you enjoy having many points of contact.
